Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into an agreement with AMEC Environment & Infrastructure Inc., Beltsville, MD and Alpharetta, GA, to develop a Statewide Transportation Asset Management Plan and related training, for a total not to exceed $389,634. Effective upon G&C approval through March 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
