Authorize to enter into an agreement with Busby Construction Co., Inc., Atkinson, NH, for construction of the Maiden Lady Cove Force Main and Gabion Wall Repair, in the amount of $289,655. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $28,965.50 to cover unforeseen work that may occur during construction. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% WRBP Funds.
