Authorize the Division of State Police to retroactively amend item #58, originally approved by G&C on July 2, 2014, for the purpose of reallocating federal funds from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration entitled Border Enforcement Grant Program to ensure that motor carriers and drivers operating commercial motor vehicles entering the US from a foreign country are in compliance with US CMV safety standards and regulations. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
