Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property to enter into a contract with WEX Bank, Midvale, UT, for the administration of a fuel card program for the purchase and financial processing of State fuel card purchases for an amount of $150,000 annually, and a total cost not to exceed $450,000. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2018, with the option to renew, but not to exceed five years.
