Description
Authorize the Risk Management Unit to enter into a contract with Application Software Inc., d/b/a ASIFlex, Columbia, MO, to administer the Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements programs for state employees, in the amount not to exceed $635,000. Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 59% General, 11% Federal, 2% Enterprise, 7% Highway, 1% Turnpike, 20% Other Funds.
