Authorize to retroactively exercise the second of two options to extend the State’s contract with Enhanced Communications of Northern New England Inc., d/b/a FairPoint Long Distance – NNE, Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 8-8-12, item #21), for the provision of interstate long distance telephone services, by increasing the price by $55,000 from $125,000 to $180,000, and by extending the end date from October 7, 2014 to October 7, 2015.
