Authorize to retroactively amend an existing sole source agreement with DiaSorin Inc., Stillwater, MN (originally approved by G&C on 8-10-11, item #81), for the provision of repair and service for the ETI-MAX 300 Microplate Analyzer, by increasing the price by $11,340 from $32,400 to $43,740, and by extending the completion date from August 10, 2014 to August 10, 2015. 100% General Funds.
