Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to amend a sole source Joint Funding agreement with the US Geological Survey, Pembroke, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #111), to allocate additional resources to the project, by increasing the original contribution by $15,000 to a total of $71,760. No Additional Funding.
