Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for removing the toll plazas at the Exit 12, Bedford Road interchange on the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Merrimack, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $388,891. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $19,444.55 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 12, 2014. 100% Turnpike Funds.
