Description
Authorize to amend a sole source contract with each of the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 3, 2014, (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #76), for environmental spill response, cleanup and tank removals at petroleum sites, by increasing the amount by $250,000 from $690,000 to $940,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% MTBE Settlement Funds.
