Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $37,067 of federal funds from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration entitled Border Enforcement Grant Program to ensure that motor carriers and drivers operating commercial motor vehicles entering the US from a foreign country are in compliance with USCMV safety standards and regulations. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
