Authorize the Risk Management Unit to enter into a sole source contract with Employee Benefit Management Inc., Freeport, ME, for the continued administration of the State’s voluntary benefits contract for short-term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance. Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. No Cost.
