Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a lease agreement with Vernco Freetown, LLC, Salem, MA. The cost of this lease agreement shall not exceed $939,632.23, not including a one-time payment of $314,422 for necessary interior fit up, for a total cost of $1,254,054.23, and will provide 3,127 square feet of space for the Division of Motor Vehicles office to be located on the first floor of 17 Freetown Road in Raymond, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of May 15, 2025 through May 15, 2040, as detailed in the letter dated March 11, 2025. 100% Agency Income (Cost of Collections)
