Authorize the Office of Administration Management Support to enter into a retroactive emergency agreement with Meridian Construction Corporation, Gilford, NH, for securing the Wilkins Building on the campus of the Sununu Youth Services after fire damaged the building, in the amount of $28,401.93. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
