Description

Authorize to exercise a two year renewal agreement with Mead Johnson and Company LLC, Evansville, FL (originally approved by G&C on 11-11-11, item #106), to provide rebates on select infant formulas purchased with food instruments issued by the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, by increasing the revenue by $9,720,000 from $14,580,000 to $24,300,000, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2014 to September 30, 2016. 100% Other Funds.
