Description
Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Avalara Inc., Bainbridge Island, WA (originally approved by G&C on 7-16-08, item #84), on behalf of the Department of Safety (DOS), for the addition of an alternative fuels road toll module to the DOS Road Toll system, by increasing the amount by $75,400 from $2,421,793 to $2,497,193. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Other (Agency Class 027) funds: the agency class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT for this work is 100% Highway Funds.
