Authorize to amend on a sole source basis, a contract with MMcLeod Consulting, (originally approved by G&C on 5-9-12, item #25A), for the provision of consulting services in connection with the initiative to improve the health insurance premium rate review process and transparency related to health insurance premiums and medical care costs in NH, by extending the end date from September 30, 2014 to September 30, 2015, and by increasing the amount by $51,000 from $257,040 to $308,040 and for additional services. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
