Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with Johnstone Enterprises LTD d/b/a Granite State Shuttle Services, Dover, NH, for the provision of In-State Courier Services for the Northern NH Correctional Facility, in the amount of $79,170. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016, with the option to renew for one additional period of up to two years. 100% General Funds.
