Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission, (originally approved by G&C on 8-22-12, item #59), to complete the Upgrade of Community Hazard Mitigation Plans project, by extending the completion date to September 17, 2015 from September 18, 2014.
