Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to pay sole source, for National Motor Vehicle Title Information System annual service and support, to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, Arlington, NA, in an amount not to exceed $136,135. Effective October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. 100% Highway Funds.
