Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend a grant agreement with the Southern NH Planning Commission, (originally approved by G&C on 2-8-12, item #70), to complete the hazard mitigation plans for the Towns of Hooksett, Raymond and Bedford, by extending the completion date from September 18, 2014 until September 17, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
