Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend a grant agreement with the Town of Gilford (originally approved by G&C on 6-4-14, item #96), for upgrades to the community’s Emergency Operations Center to include security enhancements, communication equipment and the installation of an emergency generator, by extending the completion date from September 30, 2014 to September 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
