Description
Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend a memorandum of agreement with the NH Department of Environmental Services (originally approved by G&C on 5-9-12, item #108), to complete the Fluvial Erosion Hazard study for the communities within the Merrimack River and Sugar River watersheds and integrate the studies within the local hazard mitigation plans, by extending the completion date from September 18, 2014 to September 17, 2015, and will also change the number of years that the Grantee is required to maintain financial records from four years to seven years. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
