Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Martini Northern, Portsmouth, NH, to install a generator for standby power at both the Concord DMV-Hayes Building, Concord, NH, and DMV, Dover, NH, as well as a sidewalk at the Concord DMV, for a total price not to exceed $450,000. (2)Further authorize the amount of $25,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $475,000. Effective upon G&C approval through January 30, 2015. 98% Capital – Highway, 2% Other (Transfer) Funds.
