Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corp., Milford, NH, for the Center Strafford Dining Facility Renovations, Center Strafford, for a total price not to exceed $784,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $30,000 for unanticipated structural expenses and owner initiated changes, bringing the total to $814,000. (3)Further authorize the amount of $32,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $846,000. Effective upon G&C approval through April 17, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
