Authorize to amend an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #40), to provide a broad range of programmatic support services across a number of public health programs to include public health strategic planning, needs assessment, training and technical assistance; and implementation of health communications campaigns, by increasing the price by $79,398 from $1,525,400 to $1,604,798. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
