Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section, to amend an agreement with the University of NH, Office of Sponsored Research, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-6-12, item #74), to add an Exhibit I – Health Insurance Portability Act Business Associate Agreement. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. No Additional Funding.
