Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a sole source contract with Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-5-13, item #233), for coordinated transportation services for elderly persons and persons with disabilities, by increasing the amount by $227,901 from $207,884 to $435,785. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
