Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a sole source contract with Central NH Regional Planning Commission, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #231), for coordinated transportation services for elderly persons and persons with disabilities, by increasing the amount by $164,463 from $134,725 to $299,188. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
