Description
Authorize to convey a 50-foot wide submerged pipeline easement within the Squamscott River between Exeter and Stratham, as well as access and temporary construction easement, at no cost to the state, to Granite State Gas Transportation Inc., Hampton, NH, for a segment of an interstate natural gas transmission pipeline. (2) Further authorize the Department of Justice to accept $1,100 in administrative fees for deposit into the State’s general fund.
