Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings d/b/a LabCorp, Raritan, NJ, to provide On-Site Clinical Laboratory Services for the incarcerated inmates of the Department, in the amount of $387,653.24. Effective June 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016, with the option to renew for one additional period of two years. 100% General Funds.
