Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with WMUR-TV, a division of Hearst Properties Inc., Manchester, NH, to lease space of certain areas at Cannon Mountain. Effective January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2017, with the option to renew for three additional 5-years periods. (2) Further authorize to accept a monthly fee of $2,325.42 for 2013, $2,395.18 for 2014, $2,467.03 for 2015, $2,541.05 for 2016, and $2,617.28 for 2017, which is a 3% yearly increase.
