Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to contract with Robert Manseau, Amesbury, ME, to assist the Department in providing technical assistance and professional learning opportunities on the components of the state’s principal effectiveness model and in providing technical assistance to Title 1 Priority and Focus schools, in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through July 1, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
