Authorize to contract with Jean Briggs Badger, Rye, NH, to assist the Department in providing technical assistance and professional learning opportunities to advance best and promising practices in Early Childhood Education (PK-3rd grade), especially in the area of early reading and literacy, and in providing support to the Title 1 Priority and Focus Schools, in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through July 1, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
