Authorize to contract with Rose Colby, Epping, NH, to assist the Department in providing technical assistance and professional learning opportunities on competency education best practices, as well as measures to assess those competencies, and in providing assistance to Title 1 Priority and Focus Schools, in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through July 1, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
