Description
Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to enter into a retroactive contract with New England College, Henniker, NH, to support the Title IIA State Agency for Higher Education initiative for Improving Teaching Quality through a NH Scholars Initiative, in an amount not to exceed $167,860. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, with the option to renewal for up to one additional fiscal year. 100% Federal Funds.
