Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to contract with the Center for Collaborative Education, Boston, MA, to take the lead in the continued development of a performance-based assessment system model for NH students, in the amount not to exceed $187,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015, with the option to renew for up to one additional fiscal year. 100% Federal Funds.
