Authorize to enter into a contract with W.W. Grainger, Inc., Lake Forest, IL, in an amount up to and not to exceed $1,841,991.65 for facilities MRO and industrial supplies through a participating agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials Value Point Master Agreement. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026.
