Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to contract with The National Center for the Improvement of Educational Assessment Inc., Dover, NH, to serve the department as a technical advisor for the assessment and accountability program and initiatives, in an amount not to exceed $208,090. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015, with the option to renew for up to one additional fiscal year. 100% Federal Funds.
