Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend a memorandum of agreement for the Department of Environmental Services (originally approved by G&C on 5-9-12, item #109), to change the number of years that the Grantee is required to maintain financial records from 4 to 7 years without affecting federal funding, by extending the completion date from September 18, 2014 to September 17, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
