Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a sole source contract with ASCLD/Lab (American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors Laboratory Accreditation Board), Garner, NC, for the audit and inspection of the Forensic Laboratory scheduled to take place, tentatively, between August 10-15, 2014 with three annual on-site surveillance visits, in the amount of $36,000.
