Description
Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property to amend the State’s contract with Comdata Network Inc., Brentwood, TN (originally approved by G&C On 8-24-11, item #11), to extend the provision of fuel card services by six months, from August 31, 2014 to February 28, 2015, with a corresponding increase in the price by $25,000 from $175,000 to $200,000, and to change the name of the contractor from Comdata Network Inc., to Comdata Inc.
