Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.L. King and Associates Inc., Nashua, NH, for the Manchester Readiness Center Building Renovations – NHARNG, Manchester, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,258,790. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $75,000 for owner initiated changes and/or unanticipated issues discovered during the renovation, bringing the total to $1,333,790. (3) Further authorize the amount of $17,146 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,350,936. (4) Further authorize the amount of $25,969 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,376,905. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2015. 50% Capital, 50% Federal Funds.
