Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with American Excavating Corp, Derry, NH, for safety improvements at the US Route 202 / NH Route 9 intersection in Barrington, on the basis of a low bid of $457,416.35. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $45,741.64 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 26, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
