Authorize to enter into a contract with Helms and Company Inc., Concord, NH, for the provision of consulting services in connection with the initiative to improve and expand the information available on the Department’s HealthCost website, www.nhhealthcost.org for consumers and employers related to health insurance premiums and medical care costs in NH, in the amount of $40,000.
