Authorize to grant funds to the NH Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health, Hooksett, NH, not to exceed $28,454.60 to provide English Language/Civics Education classes to workers who are learning English as another language and to students in adult basic education classes throughout the state, and authorize unencumbered payment of said grant with internal accounting control. Effective September 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 40% Federal, 60% General Funds.
