Authorize to enter into a contract with NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities d/b/a Parent Information Center to build capacity of local school districts to ensure smooth and effective transitions for toddlers with disabilities into preschool special education, in an amount not to exceed $169,974. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
