Description

Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with the Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #111), to provide a developmental services interdisciplinary clinic teams by increasing the price by $236,290.44 from $37,694,067.24 to an amount not to exceed $37,930,357.68. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% General Funds.
