Description
Authorize to grant funds to Lutheran Community Services, Concord, NH, in the amount not to exceed $159,057 to provide English as a Second Language classes to refugees in the Concord and Laconia communities, and authorize unencumbered payment of said grant with internal accounting. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 40% Federal, 60% General Funds.
