Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to exercise a renewal option of a contract with GEM Consulting, Hollis, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #90), to develop systems and programs to analyze state assessment and other data, in an amount not to exceed $80,000. Effective July 2, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
